In 2035, every tenth new car will be a fully autonomous car - according to IHS forecasts. At the same time, not only passenger cars are to be autonomous, but also buses, trains, subway or robo-taxis.

The automotive industry has long recognized the potential of new technologies. According to Intel experts, this sector will be able to generate global revenues of around $ 7 trillion by 2050.

Not only passenger cars, but also trucks, buses, trains, subways, robo-taxis, specialized municipal vehicles, i.e. garbage trucks, as well as robotic vehicles increasingly tested in postal and courier services.

According to specialists, the market of traditional and unmanned cars will probably penetrate around 2030, although many experts are convinced that we will wait much longer.

Automotive brands such as Volvo, Hyundai, Toyota, Nissan, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Lexus, Mercedes, Renault and Ford are working on solutions in this area, as well as new players such as Tesla Motors and technology companies, among others Google, Apple, BlackBerry, Baidu.
