From January this year an annual pilot program will begin, during which 300 people from Germany, Spain and Great Britain will test the tool's functionality.
The goal of the venture is to create a personalized virtual energy management assistant at home or business that will provide information on energy consumption using the chat tool - bot. You will be able to use it mainly as a phone application, but also via the website of the energy service provider or social media.
